	Reno Capano, CEO Reno Capano is the founder of EC Advance, responsible for business development and company direction.  He has over 12 years experience delivering ERP solutions for small and medium business markets including various ERP products and Microsoft Dynamics NAV. With a passion for Electronic Commerce, Reno has led many ERP and EDI implementations.  From the understanding and development of company requirements to delivering the technology to meet their needs, he has mastered the skills necessary to identify and deploy practical software solutions.  Previously, Reno was a controller for various construction, manufacturing, service, import/export and transportation companies - many of which had annual revenues ranging between $10 and $90M dollars. Reno’s diverse experience and strong business background have enabled him to successfully deliver solutions for mid-market businesses.  He has often been engaged by public accounting firms to evaluate specific software solutions.
	Matthew Welford, VP Operations Matthew Welford is responsible for the execution of consulting services and management of company operations.  He has successfully built several Navision practices in his role as a practice manager and is often considered an expert resource within the Navision channel. Building on his experience as a production planner and financial controller, he has been instrumental in over 40 Navision implementations in 11 countries around the world.  His specialty lies in inventory control and warehouse management.
